
• 2019-2023: Started a small farm-to-table meal service out of my college apartment. Ran it for four years. It never became a big business, but I loved every second of it. Learned how much people care about where their food comes from.
• 2023-2025: Moved to NYC to run finance and operations at a venture-backed startup, where I learned how companies actually scale and the stuff that separates businesses that survive from ones that don't.
• 2025-2026: Left software and spent months traveling through Asia. Met farmers in Indonesia, Thailand, and Japan and studied plastic pollution at Port Klang in Malaysia. Met a lot of cool people doing cool things.
• 2026-Present: Moved to Austin, Texas and decided to spent the rest of my life improving peoples relationship to food. Studying the food system — from farmers to founders.
